I started working out with Nate almost two years ago. Throughout that time I’ve been consistently amazed with his diversity in approach, adaptability to my needs, and most importantly his active partnership in helping me achieve my fitness goals. 

 

Regardless of business and industry, people who are passionate about their calling shine through and I think this defines Nate’s approach to personal training. He goes above and beyond to research and implement new approaches, offers up personal insights, and uses his years of experience to add tremendous value to his sessions.  

 

During my time training with Nate I’ve made tremendous progress and adopted a more well rounded and healthy approach to my training regimen that I believe will enable me to continue to maintain a quality lifestyle for years to come.

Working with Nathan has taught me so many things. Most importantly, the phrase, “I can’t.” It’s a mantra that I’ve become accustomed to never say. I’ve never been remotely athletic and therefore had a lot of apprehensions about starting something that seemed so daunting... especially one-on-one, no hiding in the back of the class.

 

Never once have I felt incapable, weak, or uncomfortable. Nathan Patrick has been training me since 2017, typically two days a week.  In previous years, I have gone to multiple gyms and have even had personal trainers. Nothing compares to what Nate has offered. Every workout I have done with him his intentions consistently align with how I am feeling and what I am craving from a given session. If there is ever a time I am sore or in pain  he gives educated advice and if I am eager to up the intensity of a day’s workout, he is all in.

 

I would consider myself to be self-driven and motivated, but Nathan has the ability to push my limits and do so in a very friendly and comfortable manner. Every training session he has created for me has been based upon how I feel that given week, yet is placed within long-term goals we discuss and set for weeks and months ahead. I’ve been training with Nate twice a week for a little over a year. When we first met for my consultation at his gym I was extremely nervous (even though I had worked with him in a restaurant for over two years)! As an adolescent, I was very active… but in my 20s things fell apart and I gained over 50 pounds of unhealthy weight and a skewed idea of what getting physically fit meant.

 

Nate has not only coached me physically and taught me techniques to use on my own time but he has guided me into a new and sustainable diet and mentality.
